Excellent service
When I ordered the sofa the screen said I would receive an email confirming my purchase.
I never received the email, although I did get an email immediately asking for feedback .
I really wanted to get confirmation of my purchase so that I could check the details.
When I looked on the website in my account there was not even a place where I could see my orders. There is ab order tracking page but to use that I needed my order number, which I did not have because I did not receive the confirmation email.
I then used the chat service on your website to ask for help and was told the confirmation email would come soon, which it didn't. The next day I still hadn't received the email so I used the chat service again but this time the person was incredibly dismissive and signed off before I could even reply. Later than day I called the customer service line to explain and the person said they couldn't resend the confirmation email! So I was left unable to check the details of my order. This is 4 pretty terrible customer service interactions. For a single order.
