Excellent service

I bought an OMP HOBBY T720 rc airplane and everything seemed fine. Then I tested it. It kept diving into the ground. I couldn't figure out why. I contacted the supplier who kindly gave me a few launching tips. I was worried about the alignment of the tailplane but an unpowered test glide seemed fine. However under power the same thing happened. I did manage a short flight but mostly the plane dived to earth causing slight damage. Feeling I had given the plane my very best effort I asked to return it. According to Mike because I had used it my guarantee was invalid. There is a design fault with this plane which I discovered after several crashes. I had hinted this earlier to Mike but he didn't realise it either. There is little room for the wiring when you fit the battery and replace the the nose cone and this has an impact on the aerolon servos which don't perform properly and cause flight problems.This could not have been discovered until a flight test. This plane could represent a safety hazard to the public and I don't advise buying this OMP T720. It's probably a good plane for an expert but I think not as a trainer or beginner first choice. Personally, I think it should be withdrawn from the market.. Best to buy from Ebay, then you should get an automatic refund. This supplier disappoints me. Geof.
