Excellent service
placed an order on December 11, which was split into two packages: clothing and a figurine. The clothing arrived after four days, but the figurine did not.
After contacting customer service on December 16, I was told the figurine would arrive on December 23. When there was no update, I contacted customer service again on December 23 and was informed that the item had not been shipped and that a refund would be issued.
I find this experience disappointing and confusing, especially after being given a specific delivery date that turned out to be incorrect. It gives the impression that non-clothing items are not handled with the same priority, which feels misleading as a customer.
The figurine was the most important part of the order and was intended as a meaningful gift for my seriously ill father-in-law, which makes this situation particularly sad.
Clearer and more accurate communication would have been very helpful.
