I placed my order on 5 January, which was divided into five packages. The largest items were supposed to be sent via DSV. However, for almost two weeks now, the tracking status of this package has shown that it is “being prepared for shipment.” I have tried to contact customer service via the contact form but received no response. I also tried calling the phone number listed for urgent matters, but the phone line is closed due to “maintenance” until the end of this week. Although I am pleased with the products I have already received, the delay in receiving the remaining items, combined with the lack of response from customer service, is unacceptable. I ordered a kitchen table set. The shipment is unclear where and no one is monitoring it. On January 13, the shipment was supposed to be delivered to me between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. I waited all day, the courier did not arrive, no one called, and no one contacted me. I wrote to both Ellos and DSV Couriers, but no one wrote back. The table was expensive, delivery with DSV cost 999 DKK. You pay that much money and now it is not even clear where the shipment is. I do not recommend it.
placed an order on December 11, which was split into two packages: clothing and a figurine. The clothing arrived after four days, but the figurine did not. After contacting customer service on December 16, I was told the figurine would arrive on December 23. When there was no update, I contacted customer service again on December 23 and was informed that the item had not been shipped and that a refund would be issued. I find this experience disappointing and confusing, especially after being given a specific delivery date that turned out to be incorrect. It gives the impression that non-clothing items are not handled with the same priority, which feels misleading as a customer. The figurine was the most important part of the order and was intended as a meaningful gift for my seriously ill father-in-law, which makes this situation particularly sad. Clearer and more accurate communication would have been very helpful.
