Excellent service
I placed my order on 5 January, which was divided into five packages. The largest items were supposed to be sent via DSV. However, for almost two weeks now, the tracking status of this package has shown that it is “being prepared for shipment.”
I have tried to contact customer service via the contact form but received no response. I also tried calling the phone number listed for urgent matters, but the phone line is closed due to “maintenance” until the end of this week.
Although I am pleased with the products I have already received, the delay in receiving the remaining items, combined with the lack of response from customer service, is unacceptable.
