Excellent service
I bought a Grade A Dell laptop on 18th November at a cost of £360. It has not had much use, it's only for home use. These past few days the battery has run down from 95% charge to next to nothing within an hour. So nobody checked the battery for a Grade A refurb? I registered a Support request and received a quick call back. However, the warranty apparently only covers the battery if it runs down to less than half an hour within 30 days! So beware!
