I bought a Grade A Dell laptop on 18th November at a cost of £360. It has not had much use, it's only for home use. These past few days the battery has run down from 95% charge to next to nothing within an hour. So nobody checked the battery for a Grade A refurb? I registered a Support request and received a quick call back. However, the warranty apparently only covers the battery if it runs down to less than half an hour within 30 days! So beware!
Purchased a mini PC recently to replace my age old grinding PC. All my purchased questions were answered very well, straight away , and the support was excellent . Every staff member was informative and gave me time to question again for clarification. Once purchased the delivery was updated regularly. Once we set up the PC , and needed more praticle help to use othere programmes , the service of assitance was out of this world. Claire from Technical Assistance gave me full minute by minute live instructions and I was able to feel confident and set all up. Thank You very much Claire for every thing . She rang me back as promised on time to finish the other difficulty and got it all working. Great Stuff Claire. Take Care Jatish Shah
