Excellent service

No delivery and no refund. I have repeatedly asked where the goods were. Their response was that the goods could not be delivered due to damage and that a refund would be issued. After one month, I have still received neither a refund nor the goods. Now they are no longer responding to my emails. Before I was satisfied with the service of this company, not anymore.
