No delivery and no refund. I have repeatedly asked where the goods were. Their response was that the goods could not be delivered due to damage and that a refund would be issued. After one month, I have still received neither a refund nor the goods. Now they are no longer responding to my emails. Before I was satisfied with the service of this company, not anymore.

I am a regular user of this on-line store, great choice of products at great prices, smooth process. I like to support local trade (Dublin) to keep it open, but get a strong impression that the greed of Irish retailers goes well beyond what can be explained by the small size of the market and high rents.

Excellent ordering and delivery experience. There's a product I can only get in Spain that I've run out of. This was my first experience getting it shipped to Ireland, it was fast, and cheaper than purchasing it in store when I am in Spain. Will definitely order from there again.
