⭐☆☆☆☆ I went to the Hair Loss Clinic in Morley hoping to grow my hair back after being diagnosed with androgenic alopecia. I met Lee, who acted like he knew everything about hair loss and told me his treatment would 100% regrow my hair within six months and stop any further loss. The plan included minoxidil, a clarifying shampoo, saw palmetto supplements, and laser sessions. When I started, I wasn’t even shedding — my hair was just a bit thin around the hairline. But after starting his treatment, my hair began falling out in clumps. Every visit I told Lee and his wife Michelle how bad it was getting, but they told me it was a good sign — that it meant the minoxidil was “working” and was just “getting rid of the hair I would’ve lost anyway.” Five months later, my hair was still coming out in handfuls. I finally stopped the treatment myself, and only then did the shedding slow down. But by that point, I had lost around 80% of the hair I had before starting. My scalp, which was never visible before, is now clearly showing. When I confronted Lee, he said I must be a “non-responder” to minoxidil and that it was just hair I was going to lose anyway — which makes no sense, because I wasn’t losing any before I started his program. I asked for a refund over a month ago, and they still haven’t even bothered to reply, so I’ll now be seeking legal advice.
