Excellent service

I’m really disappointed with the quality of the coffee. It keeps getting worse every day. There’s barely any real milk—just foam and air. If you wait three seconds, your large cappuccino shrinks to half the size! Sometimes the cappuccino is served completely cold, and other times it’s almost boiling—there’s no consistency or supervision at all. Of course, they don’t seem to care about the quality, because people keep buying it despite the terrible service and standards. And the prices just keep going up. A month ago, a coffee and muffin cost 70 DKK, then it went to 75, then 80, and now it’s 82 DKK!
