I’m really disappointed with the quality of the coffee. It keeps getting worse every day. There’s barely any real milk—just foam and air. If you wait three seconds, your large cappuccino shrinks to half the size! Sometimes the cappuccino is served completely cold, and other times it’s almost boiling—there’s no consistency or supervision at all. Of course, they don’t seem to care about the quality, because people keep buying it despite the terrible service and standards. And the prices just keep going up. A month ago, a coffee and muffin cost 70 DKK, then it went to 75, then 80, and now it’s 82 DKK!

One of the worst coffee shops i have had the misfortune of having coffee in.!! In Denmark this chain of shops ,you can expect to pay serious overinflated pricing for a coffee for example i coffee in denmark copenhagen was dkk 49. thats 6.56 eur £ 5.71 USD. 7.66 in mayfair in london at the ritz its pretty much the same. i cannot believe these horrendous prices. The coffee shop was unclean. The toilets were awful. The que was long. No seating.

Those "pistachio" snurrer are horrible. They taste like if a donkey and an almond took a shit together and it was mixed up. And don't forget about the levels of sugar. Oh god that's horrible. As soon as I put it up to my mouth I unlocked a new type of diabetes. Never coming here again.

One of the worst bakery ever. Absolutely disgusting. Dirty, dry croissants, industrial. Save your money.
