Excellent service
I don’t know where my parcel is, I received it (Monday 7th) first in a Vinted locker but without the code to open it, after more than 8 phone call with ups and 5 mails to your company, nobody is able to help and tell me what to do since 2 weeks now.
The parcel is supposed to be back at sportfiske but your service is not answering anymore !!!
It’s the second time I order and first time went well but the second time is really not a good customer experience. I would like to have my money back, or my parcel to be delivered another time directly to my home. Can somebody answer please ?
