Do not buy, they don't care. Bought shoes, net, spinning, reel and fishing gear. Got message that all sent out, got message from post that item is ready to pick up. Came to post - huge box. Eventually it was only shoes, while traveling home, got other message, that one more parcel arrived - went, its only net. 2 days of waiting ( they said just wait ) Eventually when got irritated , they said that post measured box wrong, thats why it stucked there ( absolute nonsense, because they state that they always put in right size boxes for posting ) , promised to send substitution ASAP, as for now - asap in sweden means totally different things than in the rest of the world. If i was sales manager and would create such situation, i would spend few quid to secure custumers happiness, here no info for third day ( despite that first parcels arrived in 2), plus weekend coming. So no ASAP comes in 2 days, asap in a week or so..... Trusting them i bought yearly license to fish ( season ends on November 30 , so every day is important for me, especially weekends) , now sit at home without a chance to do my favorite hobby. Pathetic. Never was informed that its 3 parcels , despite one order, they never cared about how everything goes, just got promises ... sad , sad , sad experience ....
I don’t know where my parcel is, I received it (Monday 7th) first in a Vinted locker but without the code to open it, after more than 8 phone call with ups and 5 mails to your company, nobody is able to help and tell me what to do since 2 weeks now. The parcel is supposed to be back at sportfiske but your service is not answering anymore !!! It’s the second time I order and first time went well but the second time is really not a good customer experience. I would like to have my money back, or my parcel to be delivered another time directly to my home. Can somebody answer please ?
Fast shipping to the UK, good availability of products, excellent customer service if there is a problem, which is rare. Prices very competitive as well. Only area for improvement, packaging of goods could sometimes be better. Overall, they are great.

Sportfiskeprylar / Söder Sportfiske is a gem. It’s rare in Sweden to find a company with such great customer service. But the folks here take care of their customers in every way, shape, and form. I refuse to buy any fishing equipment anywhere else as a result (and I buy a LOT). When I buy online (usually the case), my orders come extremely quickly. I mean a couple times, because I placed an order early in the morning, I received my order the same day. When I go in to the shop, they take care of me 100%. And if something is defective/breaks, they replace it immediately - no arguments, no trying to weasel their way out of it. They replace the product immediately. Sound too good to be true? It isn’t. These folks are beauties.
