Excellent service
Update: Finally got through on the phone and had to fight a bit for it, but received my missing bottles before Christmas. Improved customer service reflects improved score.
Placed a large order on the 16th December to be dispatched on the 17th with next day delivery to arrive on the 18th. On the 18th, FedEx damaged and destroyed the parcel which I know from calling them - Drink Supermarket do not answer the phone or emails, have known about this issue for 4 days and have not communicated with me at all. They also have about £200 of mine with nothing to show for it and now won’t get any of my products for Christmas.
