My payment was kept, and I’ve had no further contact or reimbursement.Ironically, this was a course on consumer rights and law, costing over £1000!** Update ** Despite reaching out well within the 14-day period, I’ve had no contact from the company or any refund offer. After logging in once and seeing the course setup, I quickly realized that it wasn't suitable for me due to ADHD and informed them immediately. Unlike other courses, this one was just a dry written format, which wasn't disclosed before purchase. I filed a dispute through PayPal because the company failed to communicate or respond, and I still haven't heard back about resolving this. Since requesting a refund, I haven't logged back in due to the unsuitable course format. Potential customers should be cautious as there seem to be no money-back guarantees or buyer protections for inadequate course formats that don’t cater to neurodiverse learning styles.
