My payment was kept, and I’ve had no further contact or reimbursement.Ironically, this was a course on consumer rights and law, costing over £1000!** Update ** Despite reaching out well within the 14-day period, I’ve had no contact from the company or any refund offer. After logging in once and seeing the course setup, I quickly realized that it wasn't suitable for me due to ADHD and informed them immediately. Unlike other courses, this one was just a dry written format, which wasn't disclosed before purchase. I filed a dispute through PayPal because the company failed to communicate or respond, and I still haven't heard back about resolving this. Since requesting a refund, I haven't logged back in due to the unsuitable course format. Potential customers should be cautious as there seem to be no money-back guarantees or buyer protections for inadequate course formats that don’t cater to neurodiverse learning styles.
GBGBi have completed School Administrator Training course recently, the course material was good enough for me to understand work in UK school office, it cover different topic to let me understand deeply. However, the AI voice is quite weird and i didnt enjoy, looking for real person instead.
