Excellent service

I have used AMAZON a lot over the years; and today I find myself questioning the business ethics of AMAZON for two key reasons: 1. When you leave a valid critical review on product / delivery / quality; more often than not, AMAZON deletes the review with unjustified reasoning. 2. Products sold with PRIME are usually more expensive than exactly the same product sold without PRIME. In this case a customer pays a monthly subscription for PRIME for free delivery, and sees a product marked up for free delivery, when compare to exactly the same non-PRIME product. These two examples are reason for a one-star evaluation, despite generally good delivery experiences when using PRIME.
