First time using Amazon and it went better than I expected. Quality was about what I expected for the price. Unfortunately one item arrived damaged and the replacement took a while. Might give them another chance down the line.

I am absolutely disgusted by the attitude of the delivery driver, I was waiting for my package, I heard his van pull up outside & his music blaring, I heard him shout to my neighbour asking if I'm in, this is before he even knocked at my door!! I opened my front window & he said he has a package for me, I said yes, just bring it to me, he said where's your bell(?) I said just open the gate & hand me the package, he said OH NO, I once got bitten by a dog!!! I asked him if he can see a dog? He said no & drove off!!!!!!! Unbelievable!!Amazon's response: be patient and wait for the next delivery day!!!!Not only do I have prime but I also really needed this package on Saturday & Amazon couldn't even organise next day delivery! They couldn't care less as they earn enough without small spenders!!!!!

Decided to shop with Amazon.fr and came away mostly satisfied. The product matched the description, which is not always a given these days. Unfortunately one item arrived damaged and the replacement took a while. Would consider them again if the issues get sorted.

Amazon.fr did a decent job overall, no major complaints. Everything arrived well packaged and in good condition. Would have liked a few more updates while the order was in transit. Would recommend to a friend.
