Excellent service

Bought a jacket from Italy. Upon arrival courier BTR contacted me saying I had to pay additional 30% of the price in customs fees. I buy online from the UK all the time, no one ever asks for custom fees, but Outdoor and Country seems to have a tricky way of doing business delivering to Europe, hiding fees... NEVER BUYING AGAIN FROM YOU.
