Excellent service

Wouldn’t even give a 1 star. Especially for the lamb mince. The first time they said it was 10% fat, I used the chat function and emailed to ask if that was possible they said yes. The entire pack was basically fat. They gave me a refund and said this was not their usual standard. I give it the benefit of the doubt and order again along with some steaks and short rib. I email and DM to ask for the ribs to be cut and they say that’s fine. I receive the pack and low & behold. Nothing was cut, the lamb was once again practically 80% fat and the steaks were not cut properly. I tried!
