The product they offer is good and cheap. I had. bad experience with the invoicing process. They provided to me an invoice without number and they use as a date the delivery date to the shop not the day I received the glasses and I payed them. The result was that I could not claim the cost back to my insurance because the invoice does not have a number and the date does not correspond to the payment date. Even after my explanation and request to correct the invoice they did not care about me. It is an attitude that I really do not like. They should have been more flexible and understanding the request of the client. Very bad customer service.
