ItalyITI brought my glasses to be repaired (insured) and after almost THREE MONTHS I'm still waiting for them to get back to me. They promised a prompt service. The shop is OTTICA BOTTARO in Turin. I was a regular customer - not anymore.
NetherlandsNLThe product they offer is good and cheap. I had. bad experience with the invoicing process. They provided to me an invoice without number and they use as a date the delivery date to the shop not the day I received the glasses and I payed them. The result was that I could not claim the cost back to my insurance because the invoice does not have a number and the date does not correspond to the payment date. Even after my explanation and request to correct the invoice they did not care about me. It is an attitude that I really do not like. They should have been more flexible and understanding the request of the client. Very bad customer service.
ItalyITI’m waiting for 1.5 month for my glasses. Im the store at Monza they always come out with a new excuse. There’s not customer service to speak with. At this point I’m about to lose €400 of the frame plus other €300 in glasses. Occhiali 24 is not only quite expensive comparing with others but their customer experience sucks! Please think carefully before order anything to them.
