Turnaround time on orders is highly inconsistent. Sometimes it's days. But our second to most recent order was placed on April 20 and we are still waiting on shipping. When we need service or have a problem, it's usually framed as our fault or mistake and remedies are difficult to come by. That said, quality and price are good and if you can figure out their ticketing system, you usually get a response.
