The Pilates roller makes a very high-quality impression on me, and the Thera-Band and the Farfalla fragrance sticks are of the usual good quality. I am really thrilled with the shop and will gladly order from yoga-artikel.ch again.
My Asana Evolve 5mm yoga mat began to slip severely after just 10 months, despite the slip resistance advertised in the product description. Important: The mat was kept exclusively in the living room, meaning it was used under normal conditions—no extreme strain, no outdoor use, no continuous studio use. Over time, a white film also formed on the surface. When I tried to make a warranty claim with the shop, instead of a solution-oriented approach, I encountered a purely defensive attitude: I was bombarded with product features and made responsible between the lines. The argument was: "That's impossible, the mat has been used internally for 5 years, nothing like this has ever happened." What I would have liked: Understanding of the legitimate problem An objective review instead of a knee-jerk defense A fair goodwill offer or a free replacement as a sign of professional customer service My conclusion: The mat ended up in the trash. I did not want to waste any more time on pointless discussions. With this combination of declining product quality and a lack of goodwill, I advise against this yoga mat and shop.
