I really wanted to like TRIMI GLP1, but my experience has been frustrating from the start. I reached out because their dosing schedule seemed unusually low compared to other GLP-1 programs. TRIMI goes 1.5 → 3 → 6, while most others start around 2.5 → 5 → 7.5. The starting dose did absolutely nothing for me, so I contacted support to ask about increasing it. At first, I kept getting what felt like AI-generated responses instead of an actual answer to my question. After a lot of back and forth, I finally got a real person who basically told me only the doctor could approve a medication increase. Then when I finally spoke with the doctor, he told me support had to handle it. After even more messages, support came back and said they actually couldn’t help after all. It felt very disorganized and honestly exhausting trying to get a clear answer from anyone. If you’re considering TRIMI, just be aware that communication and support may not be as straightforward as you’d expect.
STAY AWAY FROM TRIMI!! The positive reviews are all fake. Here’s the truth about this company: The tirzepatide felt incredibly weak compared to other brands I was using before (my weight loss stopped!) and the pharmacy they use is sketchy. I honestly wonder if there’s any tirzepatide in that serum at all. Dissatisfied with the product, I tried to cancel and get a refund for the 3/4 of the year that hadn’t been compounded or shipped yet, and they refused, so I tried disputing the charge with afterpay but lost because afterpay doesn’t guarantee the quality of the products, and therefore neither does Trimi. Trimi also lied and said I was disputing because I wanted instant results. No. I was disputing because I switched over from another supplier and I can tell Trimi’s product is junk. After the dispute, Trimi initially told me I could continue receiving refills on my annual plan if I wanted, but then they closed my account without telling me, stopped responding to my emails, blocked me on Facebook, and are holding my money hostage. I am irate. When I disputed the charge again for not receiving 3/4 of the annual plan I paid for, Trimi LIED to afterpay and pretended that the one shipment I received was their entire obligation to me. I’m still fighting to get the 3/4 of my money back, and it’s an absolute nightmare. These people are dishonest, vindictive, greedy scammers and I strongly encourage everyone to stay far FAR away. I can’t wait until I am finished dealing with them forever.
I would give the no stars if I could. Go with any other company! This company is fake. A scam. Their GLP is nothing more than B12. Their customer service is a joke and they just answer you with a blanket statement without even looking to see what dose you're on or care that it's not working because they know it doesn't work. I lost 35 lbs with another company and then decided to save some money and have lost nothing. Been battling the food noise and hunger every day since starting their glp. Save your money by not giving It to Trimi.
So far Ive been very happy with TryTrimi.com. Ive lost 18 lbs so far and a few other sites I tried I didn't loose anything. Im excited for my next shipment. They ship super fast, got mine within 3 days of ordering.
