The physician never showed up. Just a repeated cascade of “Just 5 minutes more” messages- 5 minutes which never came. Can’t believe I got stood up by…the doctor? 😂

I had a very disappointing experience with Tia. I attempted to cancel my membership immediately after renewal, but their email/support system failed and my request apparently never went through. I followed up again within weeks after realizing I had been charged $240. Despite never using the membership after renewal, Tia refused to provide a refund or even a reasonable prorated cancellation. The only option offered was a partial discount. What frustrated me most was the disconnect between the company’s messaging around accessible women’s healthcare and the actual customer experience. The billing policies felt rigid, support was difficult to navigate, and I ultimately left feeling unheard as a customer. I would strongly recommend reading the cancellation terms carefully before subscribing. My medical experience was okay, but definitely had a way better experience with like providers which didn’t have an annual fee.
Dr. Dobson was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable explaining things and thoroughly answering any questions that I had! The booking process, response time and service were also excellent!
