My rep/worker has made contact with all of my medical providers and made sure of a more concerned and consorted treatment of me. They have found alternatives for insurance and transportation and other things as well. They have been more effective than I was in communicating my concerns to my health providers and was able to expedite issues with social security.
My contact, Keisha, is on top of everything we discuss, she does wonderful exploring of options, my needs, all the how tos and solutions. The entire process has been positive, informative, and hopeful. Christine Thorsrud
