Having met with a number of conservatory companies in 2024 we decided to go ahead with Norwich Conservatory Roofs who replaced our polycarbonate roof with a tiled, insulated roof last week, from the start the were communicative and competitively priced. The weather was challenging last week but they persevered and finished yesterday, they also fitted a new back door which looks great, the team were fantastic, the roof looks great, Damien who did the plastering also did an amazing job of the ceiling.
GBGBExcellent service. We asked them to replace our old plastic roof with a tiled version. When they came they; Bill, Greg and Luke did a great job as quickly and as efficiently as possible. The plasterer Damian, again was excellent. As was Andy the electrician. They all tidied up after themselves. Also thanks to Courtney who handled admin, who was always prompt and immediately sorted out any queries or worries.We are very happy with the result.
GBGBMe and my husband had Billy come out to give us a quote for a new conservatory roof, we were pleasantly surprised by the way Billy conducted himself considering we have had numerous negative experiences with builder etc, etc. Fortunately, from quote to completion it was an absolute pleasure to deal with the team. Can happily recommend!
