GBGBI was getting to the end of my tether, searching endless websites for a reasonably priced campervan insurance quotation when out of the blue I received a phone call from Kerry Cornwell. We'll never know whether I pressed a button incorrectly or it was just a happy coincidence but Kerry set about providing a quotation in a professional and businesslike manner explaining each stage of the process as we went along. There was a technical hitch, of my own making, which prevented the transaction being concluded that day, however, undeterred, Kerry arranged to call me back 7 days later when the situation should have been resolved. To the agreed minute Kerry called back, established the status quo, which incidentally had still not been resolved, advised me the easiest, and least costly, method of proceeding which would allow me to collect the vehicle on the agreed day. Throughout the entire operation my overriding feeling was that I was dealing with a knowledgeable professional who had my interests at heart.
