Jo is absolutely incredible and I highly recommend these yoga classes - I wish I’d found them at the start of my pregnancy! She brings so much warmth and calming energy to her sessions, is so welcoming to all new members, and creates a wonderful sense of community in the sessions. During the yoga practice, she provides lots of different variations for the poses so that it caters to whatever feels best to your body. I always leave the sessions feeling relaxed, better in my body, and more connected to my body. I could not recommend these more!!
I did 6 weeks of prenatal yoga with Jo and I am so glad I did! She covered positions that have helped me adapt to the changing pressures on my body throughout pregnancy and release new areas of tension whilst also showing us positions and breathing techniques which will support with labour. She is very understanding that everyone is different and always encourages you to listen to your own body and take ownership of your practice to whatever suits you. I really enjoyed my sessions and would definitely recommend her sessions to expectant mothers!
