Excellent service
I bought a Trakker Levelite Camo Long back Chair £175 and used the chair twice and a bolt came lose, contacted Angling direct customer service and spoke to Sheila and she arranged for the chair to be collected on October 22nd. After six weeks I have no chair and Angling Direct have my £175. I contacted Sheila again and received this.

Now I have no chair and a £175 nut and bolt which is not even the right one. This has been a terrible customer service experience .
15/1/26 after over 10wks of waiting I have a chair, Sheila (customer care) was no help at all and did not even respond to my last emails so I contacted Angling direct through their face book page that worked eventually.
