Excellent service

I am very dissatisfied with this product. Despite the claims and promises, I experienced no noticeable effect at all. The company advertises a 365-day money-back guarantee, but in practice, initiating a return was extremely difficult. After multiple attempts, I finally shipped the items back at my own expense, as required. On top of that, they automatically deduct a 15% fee, which is not clearly emphasized upfront. Tracking shows the returned items were delivered on December 22, and as of January 12, no refund has been processed or even confirmed. That is an unreasonably long time to hold a customer’s money after receiving the return. Between the ineffective product, the costly and frustrating return process, and the excessive delay in issuing a refund, this has been a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this product or company.
