Excellent service
I booked an ear wax removal course with this company, but unfortunately on the morning of the course, my father suffered a stroke at 6:47am — the course was due to start at 9:30am. Despite explaining the circumstances, I was told I could not move the course date due to “lack of notice,” and that I could only rebook by paying half the course fee again.
I find this response deeply disappointing and lacking in compassion. It’s unreasonable to expect anyone to give notice for a sudden medical emergency, and I was shocked at the lack of empathy shown. I had actually planned to purchase the equipment on the day and to book my entire team onto future training, but this experience has made it clear that customer care and understanding are not priorities for this company.
It’s a real shame — they’ve lost far more through their short-sightedness than they would have gained by simply showing a little humanity.
