Excellent service

I’m quite surprised by how limited the support and service from Lavpris has been. It’s also disappointing to receive two promotional emails - and even a request to leave a Trustpilot review - on the very same day that I submitted a support ticket about a missing item. This item was ordered weeks ago, a week ago marked as “shipped,” yet Fragtman never picked it up, and it is now over a week late. Because of this, the VVS work could not be completed. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Lavpris unless you are absolutely certain nothing will go wrong - because once it does, there is essentially no one to talk to.
