Excellent service

I ordered a welch allen opthalmoscope a d otoscope set and the case delivered is broken. I can't imagine such a poor quality case from the medisave. But when I read a few recent reviews on trustpilot, I realised there are a few similar complaints. I am utterly disappointed as it was my first ever set :(
