I was happy with the box I ordered through Groupon. However I wasnt happy that the Groupon terms was not clear in that your buying a subscription and not a 1 time box.
I am also not happy that my subscription has been cancelled and yet I still have a charge in my credit card for the next box.
You invoiced me 6 days ago for this and no box has bern sent. No tracking information has been provided.
I have been emailing and texting that this was removed and my communication isnt being answered.
Frauding customers is not ok.
I also tried to leave a review on the website and it was not approved.
Eta - i am not sure how much more clear i need to be. I was charged for something i cancelled and was never shipped. Thats called fruad.
