Excellent service

bought a golf from them back in 2022, car looked as it should until we got there and it turns out that somebody had crashed the car leaving a scratch on the left wing, 2 of the diamond cut wheels were absolutely ruined they wrote on the letter I’ve still got from them that they would owe me the alloy refurb, never did they answer or arrange anything to sort it out, turbo also went and had to get replaced so all in im down thousands on this car with none of it being my fault, if anyone reading this can help then please Reply to this I have all the documents from the dealership
