Update...I want to update my previous feedback as the situation was resolved really well in the end.Following my review, Phil got in touch personally, took the time to explain what had gone wrong, and genuinely listened to my concerns. The communication was clear, honest, and respectful, which I really appreciated.I went back into the store, completed the trade-in, and ended up purchasing an amplifier. Stuart in-store on the day was excellent — friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with, which made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable. The process felt fair and unpressured, and it reminded me why I’ve always enjoyed visiting the shop in the first place.Mistakes can happen, but it’s how they’re put right that matters — and in this case, GuitarGuitar absolutely did that. I’m happy with the outcome and wouldn’t hesitate to shop there again.
