Excellent service

You really should have this in English, I get prompted to the survey in English, but it’s in German, what’s up with that? Anyway i’m usually satisfied or I should say very satisfied with my purchases from the American market, but my recent purchase of two boxes of Lucky charms at more than 10 Frank’s apiece left me dissatisfied when I saw the size of the boxes, they were very thin, almost half ..as if they were split in half. I know things cost more because of the crate shipping and import taxes and such, but unlike the other products I have bought, these shouldn’t have been more than seven franks Maxximum.
