Excellent service

I'm in the business of selling alcohol and recently we've started importing. We've used custom agents before but it's too expensive for the quantity we import. I've looked at Customs Declarations before but I found it too complicated even if I like to roll-up my sleeves. The complications isn't because CS isn't doing a good job but because HMRC requirements are too complicated and onerous. In the end I was faced with the challenge of going through the process and the team at Customs Declarations stepped-up and helped me through EVERY SINGLE STEP. What a service!!!! What an amazing team with Sonal being my main contact. We've had multiple calls and backs and forths and in the end we did it. To allocate this much time from the CS team is a true customer experience that even I can't offer to my customers. Thank you guys for all your help and support.
