Excellent service

Driver was not helpful I have no complaints about the products themselves; however, the delivery driver was not helpful at all. On my pallet, there was a bathroom radiator that was too tall to pass through my gate. The radiator was attached to the pallet with tape, so I asked the driver to remove it so the pallet could fit through the gate. He then said "this is not my job". I then started removing it myself, but he said he could not wait and removed the trolley from under the pallet. After I removed the radiator, I had to move the pallet—still full of products—into my house by myself, without the trolley. This was a very frustrating experience, especially first thing in the morning.
