Excellent service

when trying to cancel my subscription everything on the website works great, until you get to the page where you have to cancel. just keeps loading for every. I thought this was a one time thing a bug they had to fix. so I tried again a few weeks later, but still this page didn't work. I've tried over 3 times now spread out over a month. having to call their support team also without succes. it's almost criminal to make a cancelation this difficult. My month to month subscription became one for life!?....
