Excellent service
I cannot complain about the online service itself as I had no issues with it. (i.e no issues with logging in and cancelling my subscription, which I had to remember to do before the last day of my subscription.
I bought a 3 month subscription to learn Swedish and I found the teaching methodology frustrating, unintuitive and very repetitive. I started with the basics and I found no explanation of what it was the lessons were about. Just the same repetition of images and pronunciations that quickly became very boring. If I didn't have a few lessons from a different source I would not have understood why the form of the words changed.
The speech recognition part I only give it 6.5/10 because sometimes I would get the words wrong and it would still mark it as correct. Or if you said it correctly it marked it as wrong. Tip: Say the words slowly.
The one thing I did like was the sections that had the reading and you could record yourself and it would highlight what you got wrong.
I wanted to try the app to see if I could learn enough Swedish to get by, but I'm not convinced it worked for me because it fails to explain and instill the basics of the language concepts.
