I suffered hair loss after being very ill and in Intensive Care. After some research, I chose to have a consultation at HLC Liverpool, where Jordan answered all my queries and concerns, while explaining thoroughly how the laser treatment works and what to expect. There was no sales pitch pressure whatsoever. After only a few weeks, I noticed that my hair was no longer shedding, while I began to observe little spikes of regrowth within a couple of months. I’ve adhered incessantly to the program, using the given shampoo, minoxidil and taking the Saw Palmetto capsules. I was fully aware that the speed of regrowth would vary from person to person, and Jordan advised that we would continue with the treatment accordingly - something that I am more than happy to do, as my hair is continuing to regrow along with my confidence.
