Excellent service

I bought a HP EliteBook here for a good price. 'Something' broke some time less than a year later. I the story that my little girl was alone with the computer and that she might have slamed on it. He told me that could never cause this issue and he replaced the part that was doing the harm. He could have let me pay for it, but he took the'hard' truth and paid for the part imself, because the laptop was still under guarantee. Great!
