Excellent service

I recently had surgery arranged through Cerix Aarhus, with the procedure itself taking place in Aalborg. The medical team in Aalborg was absolutely fantastic—caring, personal, and supportive from the very beginning. They deserve 5 stars on their own. Unfortunately, the experience with Cerix Aarhus was the opposite. I experienced poor communication, unanswered emails, missing information, confusion about prices, and a complete lack of follow-up both before and after the surgery. I had to ask repeatedly for basic details like the address and time of the surgery, which added a lot of stress to an already important moment in my life. The contrast between the two clinics was huge, and it made the overall experience feel very impersonal. I hope this feedback helps improve the process for future patients.
