Excellent service

Part of the order was cancelled at 9.13 on Xmas Eve so there was no time left to replace the missing item and the order which was promised delivery early morning and defiinetly before 12noon did not arrive. Phoned shop at 12.07 pm to find out what was happening and was told that the van would drive straight to me - a 30 minute drive at the most - but it didn't arrive until 12.51. No apologies for either problem; I was just given the impression that I was simply a nuisance!
