I had an issue with a stand I bought stopping to function when folding down.
Since I couldn't find a package in the right size I asked thomann for an empty package or to send the replacement in advance. They refused until I reminded them of consumer laws.
Furthermore, when they finally sent it, they made it very clear that further damage to the item during transport would be attributed to me. I bought padding material out of my own pocket but they refused to compensate me for this.
To summarize, it was a nightmare to handle warranty claims with Thomann. Only good thing was quick delivery initially and good prices. But here is where they cut corners.
