Excellent service

So we picked up a washer November 2024 because we noticed all excellent reviews and all was good for only 1 month. Then dec 2024 April 2025 and then a 3rd time November 2025 the machine has blown its circuit board . Each time this has happened the inconvenience of no washer for up to 2 weeks is not fair and so we’ve tried to contact them through eBay to try and come to an agreement but they clearly are avoiding the matter. The machine is still under warranty and the we’ve lost all faith with this machine. This matter could have been resolved by coming to an agreement that the machine which did blow up and smoke coming from it is simply not acceptable and dangerous .
